These are our terms and conditions. Please read them with care.

When placing an order on our site, you process your own payment transaction through Sagepay (Secure Payment Gateway). Your account is instantly charged and there is no intervention on our part. Even if you place your order in the evening or at weekends the Sagepay payment system is automatic and your account will charged immediately.

Payments can also be made via the secure Paypal system.

All orders are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class (Depending on the weight or value). Please allow up to 12 working days once despatched before contacting us.

When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Windmill Craft Centre take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address. Please note that unless the parcel has been returned to us by Royal mail a refund will not be issued.

If the delivery has still not been received within 10 working days of despatch we will require a letter confirming this (Requied by Royal Mail). Once received a replacement order will be sent.

Our returns policy is in accordance with the United Kingdom's 'Distance Selling' Regulations.

You may cancel your order within 7 working days following the day of receipt. If you are returning goods for reasons other than damage or defects, we will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned within seven working days of receipt, in re-sellable condition, unopened and in their original packaging.

Please note that there may be a restocking fee deducted from your refund. This fee will be 10% to cover all costs incurred by Windmill Craft Centre for the initial transaction, the refund costs (Charges Windmill Craft Centre incurs from Credit Card/Sagepay) and the carriage costs. Any items returned must be in good condition and saleable as new. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any item(s) that are not returned in a reasonable condition.

If you want to return an item/items, please re-package them securely and send them back to us within seven working days of the item being delivered to you. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns, as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Before returning goods you must notify us of cancellation in writing by e-mail, fax or post. A phone call is not sufficient.

PRE-ORDER Products - If deposit is paid then this is not refundable unless Windmill Craft Centre are unable to supply product.
